Board game conventions made simple.
A website for your convention, a game library attendees can reserve from, events they can sign up for — and one admin area where your crew sets it all up, sells the tickets and checks people in at the door.

Every edition gets its own home page — dates, hours, venue, poster, library and programme, on your own domain.
Already running conventions with
- Vianacon
- Kidult
Everything your attendees need, in one place.
Your convention gets its own website, with a library people can reserve from and a programme they can sign up for. No app to install, no group chat to scroll back through.
Game library
The whole library, before the doors even open.
Attendees browse every game on your shelves and plan what they want to play. Shelves like New arrivals, Family and Kids help them choose.
- Search, and filter by players, playtime and complexity
- Covers, player counts and ratings pulled from BoardGameGeek
- See what is free right now, and what is already on a table

Reservations
Reserve a game from the phone, pick it up at the desk.
Every game has its own page. One tap holds it for 15 minutes, and your crew finds the reservation by its number at the library desk.
- A shareable page for every game in the library
- Sign in with a code sent by email — no password to remember
- One active reservation per person, so nobody hoards the shelf

Events
Tournaments and workshops, with sign-ups built in.
Put the programme online and let attendees sign up for what they want to play. Everyone sees how many spots are left before the queue starts.
- Filter by day, type, organiser and free spots
- Format, room, language and prizes on every card
- Rosters fill themselves, and stop at the limit you set

Your own domain
The site lives on your convention’s address, not ours.
Portuguese and English
Attendees switch language in one click.
Made for phones
Built to be checked from the convention floor.
Easy to find
Every game and page shows up properly in search engines.

One admin area for the whole edition.
Your crew sets up the library, the tickets and the programme in one place, and attendees find it all on the convention’s website.
Add games, give every copy a location and an owner, lend it out and take it back. The desk sees what is free, lent or reserved at a glance.

And the rest of what your crew does by hand.
The small jobs that eat a Saturday morning, already taken care of.
Tournaments and workshops
Set the format, room, language, prizes and session times, then manage the roster — or add someone at the table yourself.
QR check-in
Every ticket comes with a QR code. Scan it with any phone at the door and the attendee is in.
Import from BoardGameGeek
Paste a list of BGG IDs and the whole shelf arrives with covers, player counts, playtime and complexity.
Locations and owners
Know which shelf every copy sits on, and whether it belongs to the convention or to a member who lent it.
Edition setup
Dates, opening hours, venue, poster, highlights and how to get there — everything the home page shows.
Your own Stripe account
Connect Stripe once and ticket sales are paid out to you, not to us.
Custom domain
Point your convention’s domain at Congrem and the whole site runs on it.
Team roles
Add the crew as admins or staff, all working on the same edition at the same time.

Frequently asked questions
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email — we answer every one of them.
Is the game library really free?
Yes. Cataloguing your library and tracking what is lent out costs nothing, for as many editions as you run. You only pay when you start selling tickets.
What counts as an edition?
One run of your convention — a single event, however many days it lasts. The per-edition plan covers it from setup to the last game back on the shelf.
What is coming next?
The flea market and prototype sessions. Tournaments and workshops are already live, with sign-ups. We would rather ship the rest properly than promise a date.
Do attendees need an account?
Not to browse. To reserve a game or sign up for an event they sign in with their email address and a one-time code — no password, no app to install.
Can the site run on our own domain?
Yes. Point your convention’s domain at Congrem from the settings and the home page, library and events all live on it.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Congrem is built for a crew, not a single organiser, so several people can work on the same edition.
What happens to my data between editions?
It stays with you. Your library carries over from one edition to the next, so you never start again from an empty shelf.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in euros. The per-edition plan is billed once for that edition, the per-year plan once for the year.
Who is behind Congrem?
People who organise board game conventions themselves. Congrem is used by Vianacon and Kidult, and grows with what those conventions actually need.
